Get this checklist from Will Price when translating a graphical design into a schema. It could save your life (well, at least save money and time) when you get these questions answered before schema creation:
- Question 1: Where else is this content shown?
- Question 2. What ‘invisible’ information is there?
- Question 3. Who is creating the content?
- Question 4. Is there a content classification strategy?
- Question 5. Are parts of the content reused or localized?
- Question 6. What functionality do we want to support?
- Question 7. When and what to RTF?
