Another great SiteEdit 2012, ehm… I mean SDL Tridion UI 2012, review. This time by Ryan Durkin. Definitely worth looking into this review, because it has a lot (a lot) of screenshots! Good Job!

Alex Klock has returned from the Tridion Bootcamp by Nuno Linhares about the new SiteEdit 2012, or as the actual term will or should be: “SDL Tridion UI 2012”.
There was a lot of yelling and screaming going on judging by this image Alex had provided, but he has managed to write down the following core features:
- Not a proxy anymore!- Live editing… from the CME?- Built in options and settings- You just mentioned… Content Types?- Dynamic Editing- Regions!!!- Of context menus…- And so much more…
Go to his blog to get the details. NICE JOB ALEX!! (Bootcamp yelling..)

2012 Tridion Site Edit

I have to be honest, I have not been a big fan of Tridion Site Edit. I don’t know exactly why, but it always seemed to have failed to add this non-technical layer to Tridion, which should make it easier for content managers to manage basic content adding and editing.

However, this post by Nuno Linhares about the new 2012 Tridion Site Edit will probably change my whole opinion about Site Edit. Can’t wait to see it in action!

Good work Tridion!
